Depends. Too bad tuna was contaminated? If the conditions were such that the bacteria multiply in the sandwich slowly, the symptoms of food poisoning is mild and delayed, may be absent. If bacteria multiply to a large extent, so are the symptoms occur more strongly and quickly. Most of these poisonings occur relatively quickly, within two hours after ingestion, but may take longer. Symptoms include nausea, vomiting and diarrhea, sometimes fever.
